I had to stop our neighbor when I saw what she was doing
The other day when I was out watering our grass, I heard this shouting and banging at our next door neighbor’s home.
- I looked over the fence and saw the man kicking her a/c condenser unit and shouting at it.
I shouted over at him and told him to please stop. I asked him what was going on and she said the stupid thing wasn’t toiling the way it should. I asked him if she had any plan how much it costs to update those a/c condenser units, and she wasn’t sure and when I told him, she actually felt excruciating for kicking the machinery. I came over to offer him some help, then luckily, there wasn’t too much injure to the a/c condenser unit, but just by looking at the a/c condenser unit, I knew it just had to be cleaned out actually well. I pointed out how all the fin coils were congested up and the fan blades were actually dirty, there were a bunch of leaves and debris inside the a/c condenser unit, so I showed our neighbor how to clean everything out. I showed him where she was able to pull the power for the unit, and then I showed him how to carefully clean the blades. I told him she didn’t want to bend the blades or she would have to purchase modern fan blades. The two of us got all the debris out and then carefully sprayed the fin coils from the inside going out. I even had a fin coil brush so all of us could straighten any fin coils that were not straight, however when all of us were done, the thing looked clean and good. When she went to turn the a/c back on, it was toiling perfectly. She thanked me for saving him from destroying her a/c component.
