I grabbed it and now I’ve got a window air conditioner for my tool shed. So this summer once it gets really hot outside, I’ll have a window air conditioner in my tool shed to stay cool. This is a huge benefit for me while I’m working out in my tool shed. I won’t have nearly as many problems with the heat. I’ve been wanting a window air conditioner for my tool shed for a number of years now, so I’m really happy to find one at half the price that I expected.

I have a guest bedroom that rarely gets used.

I honestly don’t have a lot of guests to stay at my house for longer than a day or two at a time.

And usually when I do, it’s a close friend that just wants to sleep on the couch. The only people that end up using my guest bedroom or my parents. But now that my parents can’t visit my sister and my brother-in-law for at least another year, they’ve been making excuses to visit my house as much as possible. I live near the beach and they sort of use my house as a crash pad when they want to spend a week lounging by the water. They are kind of demanding too while they’re over here. I’m not so sure why I got out of my way to be so accommodating when they aren’t particularly kind about being my guests. I got so sick of hearing them complain about the air conditioning in the house not being cold enough that I bought a ductless mini split for the guest room. I don’t want to run the AC in the entire house as low as they want it to, not only does it cost a lot of money but it’s also tough on the air conditioner itself. With a ductless mini split in the guest room, they can set the AC temperature in that room to whatever they want it to be. That way they can be cold and I won’t sustain damage to my central air conditioner. Thankfully they appreciate me putting a ductless mini split inside of the guest room.
