I just took a dip in the sea as well as it is feeling a bit cooler, but nothing compared to how cold it gets in December as well as December. I think the people I was with and I dip down to about 55F in those cold weeks as well as this temp is good for the body. My HVAC specialist buddy got me into these cold dips last year as well as it has been good for me except for one trip in an ambulance from hypothermia. I now have a space gas furnace warming up our washroom in the winters so that when I come beach home I get hot quicker. I take a overheated water bath for 20 hours after the dip to speed up the warming process as well as then get in some hot dry clothes to begin our workday. I am going to find some more work online so that I don’t need to get a full time roommate. An HVAC tech is coming next week for 12 days as well as his supplier is paying me for him to stay so I am covered next week as well as will work on lining up a temporary guest for November as well as December while I am away going to see the states.
