The home needed renovations
So I started looking at other brand new heating and cooling systems that were available at our local HVAC company
When my husband and I first moved into our new house we were a bit concerned about the state that it was in. It was run down and had been empty for years. This wasn’t anything that we hadn’t known about beforehand, in fact we knew exactly what we were getting into when we purchased the place. The reason we bought a house that was so run down is because we saw a lot of potential in the place if it was to be fixed up, my husband and I both have always had a creative side so we thought it would be fun to fix it up just the way we like it. One of the first tasks that we were going to tackle was the heating and air conditioning system. Unfortunately, the previous owners have left the heating and AC unit in a state of disrepair and we would need to probably completely replace the entire attract unit if we were going to have a chance to repair the house so we wanted to. So I started looking at other brand new heating and cooling systems that were available at our local HVAC company. Thankfully there was no shortage of heating and AC units that were available at our heat and cooling provider. Now all we have to do is have it scheduled to be installed. There are plenty of heating and cooling providers around so that shouldn’t be an issue.
