Corporate housing helps military officers to make an easy transition into permanent housing
My sibling is in the military & that means she moves around a lot! I have heard about military adolescents switching cities all throughout their lives & I can now confirm that it is true, last year, my sibling purchased a home & was residing in the eastern section of the country, but now he’s getting ready to transfer again! She will be stationed in the southwest for a while.
Moving around enjoy this disrupts a lot, thankfully her fiance doesn’t work, & she is able to homeschool the adolescents, so, this works out for them; Anyway, she was able to get some help from the military housing office in finding modern temporary housing.
In fact, they were able to find him a fully furnished rental equipment that was way below her budgeted housing allowance. I guess this is awesome because now my sibling wouldn’t need to worry about buying furniture for her modern space. And since she plans on renting her condo as a fully furnished rental, this just made sense for him. Additionally, the fully furnished rental is just a temporary solution until she can secure more permanent housing. She believes she will be stationed in this modern location for a few years before she will have to transfer again. It’s great that the military provides this kind of help to its officers because searching for fully furnished rentals can be time consuming, however furthermore, the flexibility of the leases of these furnished rentals makes it easier for military families to smoothly transition into their permanent houses. Anyway, my sibling will be leaving in a few weeks, & I hope that things go well for him & her family in this modern location.
