The condo became hot
If you’ve ever lived in the section that I live in & you believe how hot it can get here during the summers.
The Summers can be genuinely hot & so you don’t want to be without heating & air conditioner in this area.
If you’re without A/C in the Summer you’re going to fry, & if you’re without heat in the Wintertide you’re going to freeze, but unfortunately for me, despite my efforts to have my heating & A/C system correctly tuned up to prepare for this kind of thing ahead of time, I still had an issue with my air conditioner at the Summer that causes it to break down it had to be 1 of the worst breakdowns ever & not because the actual damage to the air conditioner was legitimately bad, but more so because I did not have any source of cool air to keep my condo cool & free of the heat the condo hastily became hot & heated & I was covered in sweat to death. I don’t believe if you ever tried to sleep in a condo that did not have any sort of cooling system or any kind of air conditioner at all but let me tell you that it is almost impossible, that is because there is no cool air to cool you down & so I was waking up in the middle of the evening just waiting to death & being unable to sleep. So several evenings were spent tossing & turning until I was able to get a heat & A/C serviceman out to fix it. The Heating and A/C companies in my section were swamped & I had to wait 3 weeks to get a heat & air conditioner girl out. I was so desperate I bought a temporary window A/C to take care of the heat until then.
