Just trying to improve the HVAC industry one ceremony at a time
Having worked in the cooling equipment industry for over three decades, I lead the board of cooling equipment workers in the highest capacity.
My job includes assessing odd cooling corporations to improve their impact on the communities they are serving.
We also hold numerous award ceremonies for either companies or individual cooling equipment specialists to see about their job in helping with indoor comfort. We recently wrapped up the annual award ceremony where we awarded a family cooling company the fastest growing company in the industry. Having served on this board for such a long time, I often acquire questions plus concerns about how we actually choose the winners. Honestly, various factors contribute to us naming the winner. We look at the skill level of the cooling equipment techs within the company! This family company has a training program where they equip their air conditioning equipment professionals to become industry leaders. These professionals are quite skilled plus unquestionably efficient. We also look at the strategies plus procedures adopted by the company. These strategies must prove quality, particularly accessible services, plus cooling equipment. The winning company has a history of often expanding its Heating plus A/C equipment inventory. There is not a single product that was lacking in their inventory, even the mini split air conditioning system. I truly never shy away from the question about what merits the winner needs because I feel this way several companies strive to offer the most suitable quality air conditioner equipment repair plus installation processes. The employees from the company would ensure their purchasers have information on more about air conditioner equipment to assist them in operating plus maintaining quality air conditioning appliances. My ultimate goal is to have all the companies become better when we have a ceremony.
