An award from the cooling industry for the family company
Having worked in the cooling industry for over three decades, I lead the board of cooling representatives in the highest capacity.
My job includes assessing different cooling corporations to improve their impact on the communities they serve.
We also hold award ceremonies for either companies or individual cooling specialists to recognize their work in helping with indoor comfort. We recently wrapped up the annual award ceremony where we awarded a family cooling company the fastest growing company in the industry. Having served on this board for a long time, I often receive questions and concerns about how we pick the winners. Various factors contribute to us naming the winner. We look at the skill level of the cooling techs within the company. This family company has a training program where they equip their air conditioner professionals to become industry leaders. These professionals are exceptionally skilled and very efficient. We also look at the strategies and processes adopted by the company. These strategies must prove quality, easily accessible services, and cooling equipment. The winning company, has a history of often expanding its HVAC equipment inventory. There is not a single product that was lacking in their inventory, even the mini split air conditioner. I never shy away from the question about what merits the winner needs because I know this way many companies strive to offer the best quality air conditioning repair and installation processes. The employees from the company would ensure their customers have information on more about air conditioning to assist them in operating and maintaining quality air conditioners. My goal is to have all the companies become better with every ceremony.
