I have a company doing service on air conditioning trucks
My dad was a mechanic, so when I was growing up he taught me how to repair cars.
- I never absolutely thought anything of it, however 1 day I realized that there was a good niche that I could get involved with, and most a/c companies don’t have a reliable car mechanic to maintain their vans and trucks that they use on a daily basis; A friend of mine has a dad who is an a/c professional, and through that I l gained about the wear and tear that is put on those vans.
I decided to get serious about becoming a mechanic myself and using all of those skills our dad taught me so that I could help air conditioning companies maintain their vehicles, but now four years later, I have our own mechanic shop where I specialize in maintaining company vehicles, including a/c vans. I would say that most of our clientele are a/c and heating companies since that was the industry that I initially marketed to. I absolutely appreciate toiling with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C industry because the company is pretty consistent. Most people need a/c service throughout the year, so their vehicles are pretty much typically in use and need service themselves. The toil is good and it creates a pretty good residing for myself. My partner and teenagers will come by the shop sometimes, and our teenagers are starting to get to an age where I can begin teaching them about mechanic toil too. It will be nice to pass on that legacy to them from our own dad.
