I could actually live for a year on our savings if I had a roommate and no income, even though I always seem to find a way to make money if another source dries up. Well, that didn’t work out as planned and I ended up losing 90% of it as of now. I believe the up-to-date heating and cooling plan is going to have to wait till the market bounces back, which hopefully will be sooner than later.
