Full and Happy and Cooling off with Some Cold AC
I am occasionally afraid that I won’t be able to afford our flat, but it constantly seems to toil out each month with paying the mortgage and utilities.
I could constantly get a roommate if things got tough, which would cut our utility bills down to under $1000.
I could genuinely live for a year on our savings if I had a roommate and no income, even though I constantly seem to find a way to make currency if another source dries up. There are a million tasks online, including this one where I write for air conditioning companies about smart control units and HVAC duct cleaning. There are a lot of other writing tasks online even though I love writing about the Heating plus Air Conditioning industry as I have spent multiple years toiling in the field. I mainly did repair tasks for customers and a little bit of stocking the shelves when I began multiple years ago. I just lost a lot of currency in the stock market and am sad that I will never get it back. It’s become a large challenge for me to see if I can regain what I lost. I wanted to buy a new Heating plus Air Conditioning system for our flat when I got the currency a few months ago but decided to invest it and try to double it. Well, that didn’t toil out as planned and I ended up losing 90% of it as of now. I guess the new heating and cooling system is going to have to wait till the market bounces back, which hopefully will be sooner than later.
