The clerk tried to give us a room with no view

The guy told us that he did not have any more jacuzzi rooms available with a view of the beach. All of us asked for a bizarre jacuzzi room, even if it didn’t have a view of the water. All of us ended up in a room with a view of the street. It particularly wasn’t comfortable in the room that the two of us paid almost $300 for. I was upset beyond belief with the situation. The hour room that they localed us in didn’t have a standard working AC. The machine rattled as well as hummed every time the two of us turned it on. All of us could barely hear the television over the sound of the cooling system. All of us were supposed to stay in the room for 3 days, however the two of us left after the first night. Neither one of us were happy to stay when the conditions were less than ideal. All of us could be at apartment saving cash if the two of us were not going to be enjoying a Jacuzzi room with a beach view. Thankfully the hotel desk clerk refunded all of the cash for all 3 days of the stay after the two of us complained as well as left early.
