The renovations were necessary to sell the house

My fiance plus I decided to sell our house plus move.

Both of us were ready to retire plus the two of us no longer needed a four-home office house.

Every one of us thought about downsizing to something smaller plus less fancy. Every one of us put our house on the market at a low price. Every one of us had a ton of interested clients, our realtor set up multiple bizarre house tours. Every one of us didn’t have any offers or interests at all. Most people had the same reaction to the house. They liked the floor plan, but the house needed renovations. The realtor thought our asking price was a bit too high considering the fact that the house needed a brand new heating plus cooling system. My fiance plus I had not factored that into our decision when the two of us put the price tag on the house. Every one of us knew the renovations would require a new heating plus A/C unit, but the two of us did not consider that in our decision when the two of us priced the house. The realtor proposed the two of us lower the price or complete the swings on the heating plus A/C unit. It was pretty great advice, especially after that house sat on the market for more than two weeks without much interest. My fiance plus I decided to pay for the upgrades on the heating plus A/C equipment. Every one of us substituted our listing after the swings were made plus the two of us got multiple offers almost instantly from people that had already looked at our house in the past. One of those offers was close enough to our price that the two of us agreed to sell. Getting rid of that large burden was a great decision.
