I contacted someone online & that was a bad idea

My husbandy & I had a problem with the heat pump, & the professional HVAC maintenance supplier wanted $573 to maintenance the problem.

My husbandy & I decided to contact a couple of other sites to see if the people I was with and I could get a lower quote for the work.

The two of us called a couple of HVAC maintenance companies in town & they were relatively the same price. My husbandy & I decided to look online. The two of us went on Craigslist & found an HVAC serviceman willing to do the toil for half the cost. I had to buy the maintenance parts on our own, but I still saved $200 on the repair. The serviceman took most of the day to maintenance the heat pump. When he left the house, the heat was running. It wasn’t particularly moderate in the house, but moderate air was coming out of the vents. The temperature never reached the desired setting on the temperature control. The heat pump ran all night without a single break. My husbandy & I decided to contact the corporation in the morning. I wanted the guy to come back to the lake house & have a look at the heat pump. My husbandy called the number many times & each time the iPhone went to voicemail. The two of us never got a call back from the corporation & eventually had to call a correct maintenance provider to handle the repair. The online corporation took our currency & did not complete the toil correctly. I felt like an idiot after getting swindled for almost $400. At fifty years old, I should have known to contact a professional first.
