I did some thorough research before choosing my Heating, Ventilation & A/C service worker
Whenever my car needs to be serviced, I take it to the dealership because I recognize that they provide the best service.
And if something goes wrong, I know I will have some sort of guarantee on the service that they performed.
A few years ago, I used a mechanic, who was advised by a friend, to perform the service on my car. She was a good mechanic, I trusted him, & believed that she performed exceptional service. However, some mechanics are not regularly trustworthy, & have overcharged their clients or have caused more injure to their clients’ vehicles. As with any service task, there will be horror stories, especially if you haven’t done the research on the company prior to choosing them, but when I had to choose the company for my Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance, I went online & read the reviews for Heating, Ventilation & A/C service providers in my area! Once I found some reputable licensed companies, I researched the cost & the services that they offered. I found a few companies that offered yearly Heating, Ventilation & A/C service plans which I also researched to determine if those plans were a good fit for my Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance needs. I decided against the yearly plan because my Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit was brand new, & I believed with respected maintenance, it would function efficiently, but so, after I was comfortable with the research that I did, I chose the company based on cost of service & their reviews. I am thrilled with the company that I selected, & my Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker, who is the owner of the company, had a 4.9 star rating, & she lived up to all the sentiments expressed in the reviews. She is fast, friendly, & easily efficient, & I am grateful that I spent the extra time doing the research to find the “perfect” Heating, Ventilation & A/C service provider in my area.
