The new way
It absolutely boggles the mind how things have changed in the world, and especially in Heating and A/C technology.
These nights one of the biggest things that have changed is the fact that almost everyone uses a smart temperature control.
Well, almost everyone except me. Smart temperature controls are supposed to save you a lot of currency on energy use. However, I am not a large fan of smart technology. I tried some of it before, but not in terms of temperature control. I just do not prefer the plan of having to control a temperature control on a cell iPhone or laptop app first off. Second off, even though you do not have to do that, I have heard that smart temperature controls being controlled by hand causes some troubles occasionally. One of the main ones I heard was the temperature control not reacting to what you select. For instance, a acquaintance of mine tells me that his smart temperature control when not controlled by the app will take forever to shut off. So if it is too frigid from too much air conditioning or too tepid from too much heating, when you go to shut off the central heating, ventilation, and A/C plan it will not shut down! It can take up to 5 hours for this so called “smart” temperature control to figure out that you just hit the off button. That is horrible, but you have to suffer 5 hours unless you use the app. That to me right there says imperfection and flawed. Why would I want to mess with something that is flawed and that no one ever mentioned? No thank you! I will stick to our seasoned dial temperature control.
