Whenever our motorcar needs to be maintained, I take it to the dealership because I recognize that they provide the best service.
And if something goes wrong, I suppose I will have some sort of guarantee on the service that they performed.
A few years ago, I used a mechanic, who was recommended by a friend, to perform the service on our car. He was a good mechanic, I trusted him, and believed that he performed exceptional service. However, some mechanics are not always trustworthy, and have overcharged their buyers or have caused more mangle to their buyers’ vehicles. As with any service job, there will be horror stories, especially if you haven’t done the research on the contractor prior to choosing them! When I had to choose the contractor for our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair, I went online and learn the reviews for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service providers in our area! Once I found some reputable licensed companies, I researched the cost and the services that they gave. I found a few companies that offered yearly Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service plans which I also researched to determine if those plans were a nice fit for our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair needs. I decided against the yearly program because our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit was brand new, and I believed with correct repair, it would function efficiently, however so, after I was comfortable with the research that I did, I chose the contractor based on cost of service and their reviews. I am glad with the contractor that I selected, and our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist, who is the owner of the dealer, had a 4.9 star rating, and he lived up to all the sentiments expressed in the reviews. He is fast, friendly, and genuinely efficient, and I am grateful that I spent the extra time doing the research to find the “perfect” Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service provider in our area.
