Installing a security method for my mother

My mother recently turned 78 years old; She remains unquestionably active & independent.

She has no trouble driving herself wherever she needs to go.

She mows & rakes her grass, weeds the gardens & handles all of the household responsibilities, and despite her superb health, I worry about her living alone; I make sure to call her every day & I usually stop in for a visit, but that isn’t enough! Last year, for Mother’s Day, I invested in a security method for her house, however the security method includes motion-activated lighting, surveillance cameras, door locks, glass breakage sensors, smoke detectors & an alarm; Whenever someone enters the house, it’s necessary to punch in the security code. If the wrong or no code is offered, the alarm sounds & my mother & I both get alerted. If all of us fail to supply the password, the local authorities are notified, and for the first numerous weeks after the security method was set up, my mother tripped the alarm many times. It took her a while to get used to the code, and now that she’s regular with the operation of the security system, she easily enjoys it. She enjoys that a chime sounds whenever someone pulls into the driveway. She just enjoys enjoying the footage from the security cameras on her laptop. She’s started feeding the town stray cats, & she watched them eat from the dish. I care about that there’s a panic button. If there’s an emergency, she can just hit that red button to get help. The security method has given both my mother & I peace of mind.
