This is what made it so straight-forward for myself and others to go with the suggestion to update our HVAC equipment. And the numbers plus comps proved out that going with the latest in HVAC technology was crucial too. So all of us decided to go all the way with the latest in residential HVAC. And all of us got an astounding price for our family home. Again, why exactly are all of us not listening to experts in their field anymore? Had I not listened to our real estate expert about the HVAC component update, the apartment would still be listed plus our bank account wouldn’t be so dang fat.
