His rock n roll was so loud, I couldn’t hear.

I had to call our HVAC company Last yearto have our oil furnace cleaned and prepared for winter.

I wanted to make sure everything was ready before Wintertide started.

My oil furnace is beginning to get pretty old, and I guess that it will soon need to be replaced. In order to keep the oil furnace working in peak condition, I wanted to make sure I had it maintained, cleaned, and checked on a official basis. I changed the air filters regularly, and I never missed doing it. I even had the HVAC duct cleaned and sanitized so the airflow wasn’t going to cause the oil furnace to be sluggish. So, when I called the HVAC dealer, I was surprised to be told they had an available HVAC tech and he could be at the house that day. They told me he was new, and they would care about it if I offered them a review on his work. I was okay with this, although I didn’t want to feel like I had to scrutinize his every move. The young HVAC serviceman really was young. He looked like he was right out of high university. He introduced himself and showed me his badge. He then asked where the oil furnace was located. Before I walked away, he asked if I minded if he played his rock n roll while he worked. He explained that it helped him to concentrate. I wished I could have concentrated while he was taking care of our oil furnace. He had the rock n roll so loud that I couldn’t hear anything. I went to the door and yelled down…twice. I asked him to please turn the rock n roll down. I was finally able to talk to him about his task as a HVAC serviceman.
