When I was talking to my neighbor the other afternoon, the topic of our HVAC systems came up. According to her, she paid one fee per year and it included two general HVAC service appointments, 50% off parts and repairs, and priority servicing. This meant that her home was always at the top of the list when it came to scheduling. She could call at any time and have her HVAC system serviced within 3 days. My neighbor also told me that when you broke down the annual price for the HVAC maintenance plan, it was a few dollars cheaper than simply hiring the HVAC company twice on your own to service your furnace and air conditioner. This sounded fantastic, and I wondered why I never heard about it before.
