Cons of a forced air Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit

I have been waiting for our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit to die on me! I have a forced air system plus I just don’t care for it. Forced air is the worst. First, you have to have the entire house be the same temperature, every room is getting the same amount of heating plus cooling. Does anyone ever want that? The kitchen is consistently too overheated because of cooking plus requires cooling. I love having a warmer temperature at evening however a cooler temperature in our apartment gym, however the office could even be a strange temperature; Why am I bothering heating plus cooling the bathrooms? Having zone control would be amazing, but I can’t have it with a forced air system, second, forced air systems are entirely dirty. Dust gets in the HVAC duct plus the actual system plus then blows all over the house. Those with asthma or allergies should never have a forced air Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. Third, the HVAC duct is a big problem with this system. The HVAC duct is not only dirty, however can definitely get a tear along the seams or a tiny hole inside, however a microscopic hole can cause a sizable increase in the yearly energy bills. The only way to fix this tiny hole is to get HVAC duct sealing. Did you know that most Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C companies further wreck the HVAC duct trying to maintenance it? They aren’t careful plus more holes come as a result, but having a boiler, ductless heat pump or mini cut would eliminate all these issues. I need our forced air heating plus cooling to die before I buy brand new though.
