Old apartment gets current Heating plus A/C
There is nothing quite like getting out into nature to reset our system.
I’m just absolutely lucky to have access to a remote apartment that has been in our family for generations.
It’s only a few minutes drive from where I live plus work. But it feels like an particularly different realm. I spend so much of our month inside a perfectly Heating plus A/C controlled office. My toil is both intense plus quite time consuming. There isn’t much time while in the month for anything however working, family plus sleeping. So I turn to the apartment to reenergize our batteries. And it never fails me. Actually, I tend to go up there year round. There is a small wood stove that serves as the heating method. It makes the home nice plus cozy once you get the fire going. However, it’s hard for myself and others to get the family up there in the dead of Winter time or the middle of summer. While the apartment does have electricity, running water plus indoor plumbing, there is no modern Heating plus A/C. And it’s absolutely hard to get the family out of the modern Heating plus A/C at home when it’s absolutely cold or absolutely hot. So I talked it over with our parents, uncles, aunts plus cousins to gauge whether or not they would mind if I updated the apartment with some real Heating plus A/C. At first, there was some questions because they didn’t want the cabin’s essence changed with a sizable Heating plus A/C unit. But I showed them the ductless heating & cooling device I wanted to install plus that changed everything. It wouldn’t make much of an impact other than comfort. So both of us are headed for Heating plus A/C in the cabin.
