I overshot my expectations with a new order for heat plus air conditioner products

I recently went separate ways with my long term supplier partner.

The two of us started off as friends at a homeowners solutions convention plus ended up setting a partnership supplier 3 weeks later. Before then, I was stuck in a dead end task I had been trying to walk out of. This occasion turned things around. However, 2 years into the partnership, the two of us were dealing with mistrust plus misuse of supplier finances. With my finance background plus the desire to uphold ethical values of a professional entrepreneur, I could not take it. Sold my shares plus set up my business. The two of us had employees who would handle everything, here I was trying to juggle everything alone! My first plus most costly mistake was to promise my old plus new clients to wait out a new shipment of heat plus air conditioner products I had made. But because of the miscalculation of the arrival date, the products ended up arriving halfway into the Wintertide season. I lost a lot of orders on boiler installation equipment, central heating assembly parts, furnace parts, HEPA filter, programmable control unit, electric heat pump, plus smart Heating & Air Conditioning. My aim was to become a distributor so I wasn’t absolutely prepared for other market needs like actual boiler service or installation of tepid water boiler so I didn’t even need to hire an Heating & Air Conditioning repairman. So I ended up holding onto my supplies until the season passed. I was banking my competitive edge on supplying whole lake apartment heating unit plus improvised electric fireplace suites for the current homes. I was blissful to learn that I wasn’t the only one facing supply chain troubles since my former partner also faced stock outages due to stock mismanagement by the employees I left behind.
