I had to wait a couple of afternoons to get approval from the corporate office, but as soon as I got the go-ahead, I called the cooling system maintenance repair to send a worker. I spoke with the office supervisor at the cooling system maintenance repair and I told her that I was ready to have the work completed, but she instantaneously told me that they don’t work on our schedule. I did not understand why he was being rude. I did not assume I was being rude to anyone, and maybe she was having a terrible day, however she actually made me want to call another Heating & A/C repair provider. I can’t rest rude customer repair representatives and this lady really took the cake.
