Never paying rent again
I’ve been renting for nearly five years now, and I started in an apartment, however I realized that I didn’t savor the condo lifestyle.
I didn’t adore having neighbors pressed up against my walls and I didn’t enjoy not having a garage either.
I didn’t have the money to buy a condo of my own, although I didn’t want to live in a condo anymore, and when an associate of mine told me about a small condo he saw that was for rent, I pounced at the occasion to go look at it. I contacted the owner plus he let me come walk around the condo while he told me the daily rent price along with what was plus what was not included. I signed the lease right there! After living here for a few weeks, I can truthfully say that it’s so much better than being in a condo complex. I really fell in love with having a garage plus private walls, however there’s 1 thing that’s been an issue. When my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan needed servicing, I called the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C dealer plus stressed an appointment, because I was in charge of paying the daily utility fees. When the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional showed up, he had questioned me if I was the homeowner plus I stupidly said no; Although I live here, I don’t own the actual house, because of this, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional told me that he couldn’t touch the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan until he contacted the owner of the home, he called my landlord more than two times plus got no response, so he had to leave, then even I haven’t been able to get a grip of him! I’m so frustrated, because I want the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan to be run tests on since I’m the 1 paying for the utility costs.
