He Installed Window AC Units
Being a property owner sounds love such an easy task. People sign a contract to live in the spaces you supply plus then you collect money each week… While this is partially true, it’s only area of what I do. I’m also responsible for responding to my occupants plus making sure everything in the rental properties are working properly plus keeping an eye on their behavior. For the most part, I’ve never rented to anyone crazy. There are some people that don’t quite understand that they’re renting though, plus they make swings to the properties thinking that they own the location. Before my occupants are allowed to transfer in, I make them sign a contract stating that they can’t change anything structurally plus if they make any cosmetic swings, they are responsible for it before moving out. I didn’t always do this, but you suppose what they say about 1 person ruining it for almost everyone. There was a previous occupant who took it upon himself to install window AC units into several of the windows, even though the people I was with and I had central AC. He never complained to myself and others about the temperature of the house, but obviously it wasn’t fantastic enough. window AC units aren’t terribly lavish, but they don’t look as nice plus they take a lot of electricity. I didn’t say anything about the AC units because I knew they could be taken down, but he never took them down when he left. I tried reaching out to him about coming plus getting them, but he never answered my calls. Now I’m left with several window AC units that I don’t want.
