The several Heating, Ventilation & A/C house
Having that same job times several would have been horrible
I am in the process of buying our forever home. I hate touring different houses in the town, however no matter what, there is going to be a feature that I hate about it. The one home I toured I just enjoyed it, most of it at least. It had a gorgeous residing room with hardwood floors & ceiling to floor glass windows. It made the room look so open, airy & spacious. There was a dinner bar set up that led right into the kitchen. I could cook in the kitchen while talking to someone in the residing room. I wanted it so bad. After touring the outside of it though, I had to pass. The outside lawn was a great size & well taken care of. The negative was that there were several Heating, Ventilation & A/C units. I knew a laundry room & another lavatory were added later. The one Heating, Ventilation & A/C system was for that. That means that several other heating & cooling machines were there before. Why so several Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems for a not big house? I think there was something entirely wrong with it. I think the several Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems were necessary to maintain a certain temperature. I nixed the home because I didn’t want to mess around with repairs & repair for several machines. One Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit is kind of frustrating. You need to change air filters, clean out the inside & call for yearly repair. Having that same job times several would have been horrible. I do think about that home from time to time. I just enjoyed that residing room.
