My Heating & A/C neighbor is always bragging to everybody when he helps people out
I have a associate who is a entirely nice guy, although he prefers to brag about all the things he does.
I think in a way, it kind of negates the great deeds he does when he is telling everybody around all the great he has done & makes it sound care about people couldn’t get by without him.
He is an Heating & A/C serviceman & he is a entirely talented 1. He has helped out most of his friends & family when it comes to laboring on our Heating & A/C systems & installing certain Heating & A/C components. He helped me out this past Springtime by getting me a cooling system tune-up & he even cleaned out our ductwork system. I was going to pay him for his services, although he insisted that I owed him nothing, of course later on he was bragging to everybody how he helped me out when I was struggling financially. The thing is, I wasn’t struggling financially & I had to set the record straight to our buddies. It’s not so bad that he brags I guess, although I don’t care about it when he makes stuff up, it makes me look bad. I was ready to pay him full price for his services & if he gave a discount, that would have been cool. I didn’t expect for him to do everything for free! It was nice at the time although I didn’t care about the way it made me think when he said I was struggling financially. Other buddies of mine have felt the same way when he brags about helping. I suppose we all might have to have an intervention with our Heating & A/C buddy.
