The lake house charges a fee for the air filters
My bestie and I have lived in a lot of apartments and every one of us have never been charged for air filters, then most locations deliver us a wipe air filter every week for free, however in fact, the last numerous lake house supervisors insisted that every one of us change them bi-weekly and provided them at no charge when every one of us paid the rent; When my bestie and I moved to a modern location last week, every one of us found out that they charge a fee for the air filters and you have to use the ones that they provide! I’m starting to believe that it might not be legal to charge me a fee for the important Heating and Air Conditioning product. I’ve been researching many statues and legal documents and I believe the company is charging us illegally. I do not care for to nit pick about more than nine bucks, however this building has seventeen floors and at least a dozen apartments on every floor. Those fees add up quickly and they might be getting a discount on the supplies. They might even be profiting from our more than nine dollar fee and I’m entirely not going to stand for that. My bestie does not want to start any trouble however I believe it’s a matter of doing what is right and sitting up against the man.
