We couldn’t deal with the brutal smell in our hotel room
Several years back, my brother got married… He decided to have the wedding ceremony at a resort, and my brother and his fiance planned the wedding ceremony for a year! They did not miss any details and the reception hall looked amazing.
They had numerous foods on the buffet table and a multiple tier wedding cake made from chocolate, watermelon, and vanilla flavors. They hired a band to play music from the 1980’s. My husband and I made reservations to stay in a hotel during the festivities. We actually would have stayed at the resort, but the rate on the rooms was insane. Instead, we ended up in a well known chain a mile down the road. I was blissful to find a hotel close with fairly cheap rates, but as soon as we arrived, I realized why the room was so cheap. The stink in the room was overwhelming and the source was the Heating plus A/C appliance. The entire room was easily filled with the horrible stink and the smell only became worse as we got closer to the Heating plus A/C appliance. My husband called the front desk to complain about the Heating plus A/C appliance. They did not seem very worried about our complications, but they did send a repair guy to the room. The repair guy told us not to be bothered about the stink. Then he told us that the Heating plus A/C appliance was working just fine. We could not stay in that room and continue to smell that horrible stink, so my husband and I checked out of the room and went to stay at the resort with my brother.
