The major question of the year
I listen to a lot of wacky radio morning shows on my way to work.
It lightens the mood for me every morning since I hate my job and only do it for survival.
This last week they had this segment called the major question of the year. And that question was can you live without central heating and air conditioning. That was the most odd question. But it was meant to be odd. The callers calling in were interesting. They were all giving different answers on if they could or couldn’t live without central heating and air conditioning. A few that said they could were coming up with all these crazy invention type ideas on how to make your own central heating and air conditioning. While others were saying they would just stock up on portable space heaters and portable air conditioning systems. It was the most unusual thing I ever heard on the radio morning show in ages. It was quite entertaining to be honest. I arrived at work after this and I had thought about that wacky question seriously myself. Could I personally live without central heating and air conditioning? In short, yes I probably could for the simple fact of not having central heating and air conditioning when I was growing up. We had window air conditioning systems and gas furnaces. They didn’t say anything in the question about not having any heating or air conditioning. The trick question was central heating and air conditioning only! Clever little devils these morning show hosts!
