My Brother’s Huge House Needs New Heating, Ventilation, and A/C
I have a sibling who is 67 years old.
He has a few health complications, although he is not frail by any means.
Nonetheless, he has been talking about selling his house for a couple of years. His husband died a couple of years ago, and his child moved away, so he was all alone in a house that he said was too large for him. I truly agreed and almost everyone was looking forward to him downsizing. Well, lo and behold, he did no such thing! He ended up buying a house that is even greater! The current house is 5790 square feet and has more than four living rooms and numerous powder rooms and a swimming pool with a heater! I really have no plan what he was thinking!
