I have local businesss trying to partner with me, is that a great idea?
Hello fellow owners of beach beach house comfort businesses.
I hope most people here is doing well today.
I have had someone approach myself and others about a company proposition in addition to I wanted to get some feedback from people in the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C company before moving forward on a decision. I’ve had a local business reach out to myself and others asking about partnering with my beach beach house comfort company in addition to Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C businesss for construction projects. On paper, I guess this sounds enjoy a attractive idea. More tasks for my Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C businesss mean raises in addition to more cash all around. It seems enjoy such a win-win kind of situation, I guess I’d be a fool not to take it. However, I’m anxious that it might be too great to be true. I’ve seen a lot of cases of construction workers in addition to local businesss being sued over petty things, mistakes or circumstances over which the local businesss had no control (like the global pandemic for example!). I wanted to get some of your opinions on whether or not you guess it’s wise for an Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C provider enjoy myself to partner with local businesss on construction tasks. I’ve seen companies do it successfully and, to be honest, I’ve never seen this category of partnership done unsuccessfully. I’m wondering, though, do I not hear about awful cases of Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C providers in addition to local business team ups because they’re always a great idea or are the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C providers that teamed up with local businesss in addition to failed all out of business?
