Removing the seasoned boiler wasn’t straight-forward

I ended up having to demolish the oil furnace in my basement with heavy duty tools

When I bought my loft there was a boiler plan in the basement, then the boiler was giant, seasoned plus didn’t work, then i saw the heating plan it once was! At a single point, the boiler must have heated the whole loft completely… When I moved in, it was totally useless. I stupidly thought getting rid of the boiler would be straight-forward too. I suddenly realized removing it from the loft would require a professional. The basement door was too tight. The windows were small plus going back up through the loft wasn’t possible. I figured somebody would want the boiler plus take it out in pieces though. I called a Heating in addition to A/C company to see if they wanted the equipment, sure, the boiler was seasoned plus old, however I figured there were at least parts in the plan they could use again. It also would be a free oil furnace plan for them. The Heating in addition to A/C company took a single look at it plus laughed; She said boilers are such heavy duty gas furnaces they can last from 50-73 years. Mine was on the older end of the spectrum, no alike models were made plus no oil furnace replacement parts were made. The heating plan was an antique plus junk. I then tried to see if a metal scrapper would take it. The girl wanted the metal however refused to put in the labor to remove it. I ended up having to demolish the oil furnace in my basement with heavy duty tools. I had to take the tiniest pieces because it was so heavy. It entirely was a horrible project.
